Awesome show
The show was fantastic! Mat Kearney really delivered an amazing performance! John Harvie did a fantastic job as the opening act. Not a fan of Jellyroll's music. Our seats were excellent. The tasty funnel cake was a highlight of the evening. It's nice to have water refill stations conveniently located near the restrooms.
I had preordered shirts, but had trouble finding the correct merchandise stand. Despite asking multiple ushers, most sent me to the wrong locations. The staff should be more knowledgeable about the main merchandise stand. I wish I could have upgraded to seats from the lawn before the show. The app was not helpful and we were directed to scan a QR code for upgrades upon arrival. The upgraded seats were not available through the site and we had to go to the box office.
Initially, the box office claimed there were no upgrades, but after some confusion, they were eventually able to provide upgrades. The process was disorganized compared to previous experiences where there was a table near the lawn chairs upon entry.
